The plate is decorated with a flour seller in the market square surrounded by other traders. The motif can be seen from an etching made by Nicola Vianelli in the years 1836 1843. Several museums have this etching in their collections, including the British Museum. The banner is decorated with gold, with polished flower petals. The quality of the
